Since you highlight the AGP (auto renewal grace period) of 45 days, I feel it’s important to mention that:

1) The auto renewal grace period occurs at the end of the registration term of a domain.

2) The registry auto-renews every domain name and charges the pre-paid registrar account for the renewal.

3) The registrar will receive a refund if the domain name either is deleted within the 45 days of the expiry date (the one before the auto renewal was applied) or if the domain is transferred out in the first 45 days after expiry.
