Parking companies do offer value added service but as you mentioned it is probably just a matter of time until Google duplicates the same level of service. I think initially it might be good to move the domains that are not doing well with the parking companies to Google to do some experimentation.

Competition is good and the parking companies probably saw the writing on the wall.

If Toyota wants to start selling cars direct over the Internet to me, why would I go to the dealer so long as the product is the same.

Now if the parking company pays out better, is easier to use or adds some other value then that’s great but Google will win this one.
